For all bookings, a 24 hour cancellation policy applies, where no fee will be payable for cancellations and reschedules made with more than 24 hours notice. For cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours or less of the appointment time, the full fee will be charged. This cancellation and rescheduling policy also applies to gift vouchers and package bookings cancelled within less than 24 hours.
Online bookings: All appointments have to be paid in full at the time of booking whether that be online, by phone or through your therapist. If an appointment has not been paid 24 hours before the start of the appointment we will assume that you do not need this appointment anymore and will remove it from our diary. Should you need to cancel your appointment, the full amount (minus credit card fees, if applicable) will be repayable only if the cancellation notice is made to 07749 224 262 (or if so arranged, directly to the therapist) in the period before the start of the 24h cancellation policy. Please do not email us for cancellations or reschedules as there may be a delay in picking up your message. You can also use the link provided in the original booking confirmation email (Button that says ‘change/cancel appointment’ at bottom of email) to cancel or reschedule an appointment yourself, as long as it is outside the 24 hour cancellation period. You will receive an email reminder 5 days before and a text reminder 26 hours before the appointment, please read the appointment date and time carefully. The text reminder is especially set up to help you avoid having to pay the full fee should you not be able to attend your appointment. For cancellations and reschedules made within the 24h cancellation period, the fee is not returnable.
Please honour the time and effort your therapist puts into providing you with the best possible service by giving plenty of notice directly to the therapist, or to 07749 224 262.
Offers cannot be combined, and no further discounts are applicable for series bookings.
It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any relevant changes in your health and life-style, eg if you are trying to get pregnant or are pregnant, if you have started or stopped taking medications, and any concerns or issues you may have.
For general concerns or issues with any of the therapists working at the Therapy Room, please get in touch on 07749 224 262 or email info@therapyroomsheffield.co.uk
